Shipping
Orders are shipped out on Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped from California.
Once your order has shipped, Saffron Sands is no longer liable for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that you have selected a secure location for your package.
We do not offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages, delays, failed delivery attempts, or deliveries to the wrong address. For any issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they are best equipped to assist you. If applicable, reaching out to your landlord or superintendent may also help in locating missing packages.
Please carefully review your order before placing it. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reshipments if your address was incorrect, if there were failed delivery attempts, or if your package is returned to us as a Return to Sender (RTS).
Additionally, please note that shipping dates for Pre-Order items are estimates and not guaranteed. These items may experience delays or cancellations during production.
